Its a way of fun lets say, getting a girls labia pierced, let it heal up, and sometimes wear it, sometimes not, depends on how badass she feels. What is the smallest gauge, that wont close after taking them out, so you can still pus smaller gauge piercings in it, whenewer you want?

Outer labia piercings shrink fast. My wife has had 8 for more than 12 years, currently 4-6 gauge but some accept 2g, and the longest she's gone without jewelry was three days, but they had shrunk two gauges (easily recovered) by then. I think if they were out for more than a week, they'd be lost. She also has a pair of inner labia rings, which she only rarely wears jewelry in. Those have gone as long as six months, with little loss. I'm honestly not sure that they'd ever close.
