Are there any pictures of a deep-breast bar? Like these nipple-bars but then pierced much deeper trough the breasts

Love this concept
Obviously movement of one breast/nipple is instantly transfered to the other breast nipple?
Especially when wearing high heels on a hard surface
Anyone have any experience of long term use of such a bar? Perhaps even multi-day 24/7 or even permanently?
