No idea, but it looks great, much better than stretched nostrils, as the tissue is removed here, so the nose shape is not deformed by the jewelry. Looks VERY painful though, and apparently it is one of the less extreme modification performed on this channel. The belly button removal and nipple removal looks far more extreme and makes me wonder why there wasn't full surgical clothing for a fairly dangerous surgery like that.
