Option 1:
She had her breasts removed for (preventive) medical reasons
Option 2:
She(?) identifies as genderfluid and had her breasts removed for that reason

I follow her on IG She had a trans period and was known as Frank. She had the top surgery done then. I beleive that account was deleted. I found her a few months ago, as honeymilk and shes witha dude. and more tattooed than ever.
