PIERCED FORUM - body piercings, tattoo, body modification

I'v had a PA for about 25 years. Over time the hole got bigger till I could comfortably wear 6mm, 7mm and on occasions 8mm jewelery. A few months ago I noticed the skin in front of the hole getting thinner and a few weeks ago it finally gave up the ghost leaving me with a sub-incision. What to do? I've just had a new appalling done which goes through each side of the glans and am beginning to explore possibilities. Anyone had a similar experience?

yep have had the same! had an ampallang +apa thereafter but took it out eventually, like the pa much more!
