Interesting idea though I've never anything like this and don't think it to be a good idea in nipples.
Nevertheless I tried to find something like this using the wildcat links I listed earlier in this thread. https://www.wildcat.de/gallery/show.page/4
This gallery has several hundred pages full of pics with upper body piercings, but yet (after the first 40 pages) nothing that comes near your idea.
Still it rewarded me with quite a lot of pics that show double nipple piercings. Here's some of the finds.

This wildcat user calls herself anybody. Three out of four piercings still exist and she seems to have stretched up to 3mm and 8mm. The last pic has piercings of 3mm and 6mm.
