Yes they are new, all over I have 22, down there is 14

ahaha yeah thanks, didn't know I had a fan-club LOL 
I will soon. Just put in a 14# 15mm barbell, it will eventually have a ring, once it gets to size, being part of the scrotal ring ladder set.
Running out of ideas lol
