Have you thought of going deeper into the center of your nipples and using the horizontal piercings to anchor them inplace? An internal nipple stretcher perhaps?

nippygal52, with nipples split open like that you could actually insert moderate sized flesh tunnels straight into them — at least temporarily. Did you think of that?
