Wow - interesting post.
I didn't realise such things happened! Seems like a weird surgery to have. I wonder what the AFTER nipple looks like - flat topped and odd?

It's actually just reduction surgery, as it is described.

Actually, i could never imagine looking these photos that it is acheved THAT way.

Presumably some women aren't happy with the lengths of their nipples - maybe it messes with their clothing?
