I did something like this to my husband for a while once.
Not as many piercings as you, I found a three inch ball stretcher kept the device from being removed by sliding the lock ring over and off.
Drove him nuts.

I don´t wear this cage much but got inspired by previous reply from Jeanette.

Used here with a circular barbell 00g, could be used with padlock maybe?

Some more chastity play.

This time the cage is secured with a 00G(10mm) bent barbell trough my PA-piercing.

Then add some ballstretching weights and it starts getting interesting....
