I wonder if there are people with real piercings this large?

Previous thread re: similar video from the same company seems to have found that the piercings are prostheses, not even the real deal.

Sorry if I'm the party pooper. Got to think, though, that anything this size is nothing but wildly impractical for anything but a one-off shoot like this. No way someone could wear such large diameter jewelry as their "usual" jewelry.

I know the piercings in the first video and this one aren't real.
Just wanted to know if its possible to get one that large.
Opearl has some pretty large ones herself, but not as large as that.

Let's not forget Lady Madeline and O'Pearl, both have relatively large nipple piercings.
